Will I get high from CBD?
No, our CBD products might contain extremely low traces of THC (lower than 0.3%) and THC is the psychoactive component of cannabis, so there is no "high" feeling after using our CBD items.
How fast will I see the effects of CBD?
Our customers have experienced a subtle calming effect after using the CBD oils. It normally takes up to 30 minutes for it to become effective (depending on the amount taken). However, since the CBD oils & e-liquids won't get you "high", it might be harder to tell whether the products work or not for you after the first administration. When taking enough, you will notice a gentle release of the pain (if you're taking CBD for alleviating any kind of pain).
Are hemp and cannabis the same thing?
They do belong to the same family of plants, but HEMP has no psychedelic effects (no THC) compared to cannabis.
Are there any side effects when using CBD?
Numerous studies have been conducted for different concentrations, dosages and ways of applying it but, fortunately, no major side effects have been reported.
Are the products legal in my country?
In most of the countries, the consumption of CBD is legal, but we do suggest to check the legal status of Cannabidiol for your own country, before placing an order. We can guarantee that for UK, the consumption is legal.
Do I need a prescription to take CBD products?
No, our items do not require any prescription to be purchased and used.
Will CBD show on a drug test?
No, the THC concentration in our products is very low and hard to be traced. However, we do advise you to check with your employer or the person who's testing you before starting to use CBD products - some drug screen tests are checking for THC consumption and some for Cannabinoids.
Can I bring CBD on planes into other countries?
We suggest you check the legal aspect of CBD consumption in the countries you are travelling to - some of them might not allow you to travel with CBD oils.

I need a product urgently. How long will it take to deliver?
We have multiple shipping partners so we can tailor an order for your needs. Simply give us a call and we will weigh up the options for you. We can dispatch and send for next day delivery as late as 5:30 pm in urgent cases.
Do you ship internationally?
We dispatch our goods to customers in North America, Europe. The Middle East and Asia. We can send via courier to make sure the package gets to you safe and sound.
My order has not been delivered in the given time frame?
Do not worry as we cover lost items. We will investigate any items delivered with the courier and make sure the package gets to you. Simply give us a call or email us with your details.
How can I track my order?
We will email you as soon as you made an order to confirm we have received your details. We will send a dispatch email to confirm we have sent the item.
If you have purchased a shipping option with tracking, then we will email tracking details of your order to you along with your dispatch confirmation. If you are a registered customer you can also find these details by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Can I upgrade my delivery service once the order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately once an order has been dispatched you can’t change the delivery service that you originally chose.
What if I no longer require the order?
Please check our online returns policy and you will find all the information you need.
How do I return an item?
If you’re unhappy with one of our items, please call or email us, mentioning the order number and the reason for returning the item. We will give you all the information necessary for sending the product back to us and we will offer you a refund/replacement as soon as possible.
